So thankful for the absolute second-mile service at Towers! It was past 10 pm on a Saturday night when we realized we had forgotten to pick up my sons suit, which he needed for his brother's wedding the next day. Being a groomsman, the suit was absolutely necessary! Panic immediately set in, as Towers is closed on Sunday. Fortunately, they have an emergency number, and an email address. Within minutes I spoke with the proprietor, Tom Goldthorp, who kindly reassured me and promised to meet me at Towers the next day to retrieve the suit! Tom was not annoyed or resentful at my intrusion, but genuinely understanding and accommodating. I've been a loyal customer at Towers when I lived in Royal Oak, and with this experience, will be at the Mahogany location! Thank you Tom!
