“Tom really helped us out in a pinch. We had a tomato paste explosion in our living room and kitchen that covered our custom couch, velvet chair and carpet. We called Tom on a Saturday afternoon and he came right over. Because of the amount of paste and the extent of the area that was covered, we were less than confident that it could be cleaned. Tom was able to get out ALL of the stains and everything looks like new. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with his work and more impressed with his professionalism and willing to help us out on short notice. Thank you Tom!! They came through and fixed it right away! A few days ago I brought in my winter boots because the fabric was starting to tear away from the rubber. They fixed it in a few days for what I deemed a very reasonable price! They are incredibly friendly and easy to work with.
