Travis sold our condo for us in Sunalta. Travis was a consummate professional and was exceptionally helpful in every facet of the sale.
Travis has helped me on 4 transactions. On our two purchases Travis was always available to show us properties in a timely manner. While living in Cochrane he did not hesitate to drive from the city even if it was to just show us one unit. He would always ask us what we liked in the house and what we didn’t and then would provide his opinion on the property as well. He made sure to let us feel in control of buying while keeping our emotions in check to ensure we continued to think logically through the process.
I am a very needy client constantly asking for advice and market data and what impresses me the most is that he is always prompt to respond and if he doesn’t know the answer or can’t find the answer he is straight with me and tells me.
When it comes to selling you won’t see him taking pictures with his cellphone or have flashes showing in mirrors. He works with a great team who take professional photos that make your house look stunning. You will second guess if you should be selling your home so don’t be shocked when it happens because it looks so good. His marketing attracts people through the door so that you can assess the feedback to ensure pricing is what it should be. He is honest when trying to choose a price bringing in multiple comparisons and current trend data. He is not going to list your house low just for the sake of a quick sale! Twice I proposed a lower price then what he had brought to the table and twice we sold for well above my thinking.
You will not go wrong working with Travis and I recommend him to anyone that I can.

Connected with Travis through a message board that we both post on where he has a sub forum for real estate. I was 24, and ready to begin the hunt for my first purchase (condo in Victoria Park).
I already had a condo or two in mind I wanted to look at, and the process was seamless. I messaged Travis, exchanged personal information, and before I knew it we had a viewing at one of the condos I was hoping to see. This condo had dropped like crazy, was listed at 375, then 365, then 355, then 342, then 335, then 325. My max was 320, and it was seeming to start gauging some interest at 335 from other buyers. Travis' knowledge helped us close a deal with great ease.
Oddly enough, it was the first and only condo we viewed, but it was time to pull the trigger and make it happen and Travis was awesome to deal with in helping me close the deal quickly and efficiently.
I would unquestionably recommend Travis highly for anyone who is looking at purchasing or selling their next home.
We first had Travis help us with the purchase of a new-built house. Typically this is a standard transaction; however there were a few things that I wanted that the builder did not want to do. With Travis' help I was able to get the "must have" options. A big part of that was that Travis knew the questions to ask; and how to ask them in a way that gave us the answers we needed.
Then where he really showed his talents was with the sale of my old home. He came out a few weeks before we put it on the market, and showed me a lot of things I needed to do to get ready for sale. A few of the things I knew, but there were other things that he gave higher priority. Once I did those things; I really understood why he told me to do them. My house had never looked so good.
Then there were the professionals he hired; most notably the photographer. Anybody can take pictures on a phone or even a DSLR camera; but these pictures really made my house stand out online. I also appreciated the ladies that were handling the bookings for showings- very professional.
Then there's his timing. He had a plan and listed it at the right time to maximize interest. We had requests for showings right away, and by Saturday afternoon we had been through almost 20 showings.
Travis also knew the right price for listing. He came up with a list price that was higher than some recent comperables. However given his marketing, he was confidant it was a good price to go in with.
He was right to start with that price. Within 3 days we were looking at multiple offers. I also liked how he dealt with those multiple offers. I ended up getting more than my asking price; deal done in 3 days and conditions waived a few days later.
So at the end of the day, the final sale price was higher than what comperables had sold for the previous couple of weeks. And by higher I mean enough to cover the total commission I was paying; both Travis' as well as the buyer's realtor. Travis took what is often a very stressful time in people's lives, and made it smooth and easy.
