Her warmth, diligent attention to details and follow-up plus her knowledge was impressive. The body work was done efficiently culminating in a vehicle one would never know had been damaged. (January 3, 2019, 5:55 pm)My insurance company told me I could drop off my car without an appointment. When I showed up to CARSTAR they told me it's generally by appointment and they were booked up for that day. That's understandable, so I thought I'd have to come back, but the lady working there arranged to have another location tow my car, and tow it back, without any inconvenience to me. They then had Enterprise there within an hour. Overall, they offered great service and even gave the car a much needed detailing.

Crystal updated me every step of the way and very patiently answered all of my questions. The work that was done far surpassed my expectations, top quality work. I would recommend this place to everyone!
