The staff have always been on the phones with friends and family whenever I enter, so at least they are dedicated to them, if not customer service. They have been a frequent target of robberies, so I can forgive them their reticence to communicate with any of the customers waiting patiently in line when they are on the phone, but customer interaction is a good way to develop community.”
