    I have been training with Be More Fitness for 3 years, and still love it! The workouts are challenging, ALWAYS different, and Belinda's knowledge is always current. The variety keeps it fun!

    I have been training with Belinda Morrison and Be More Fitness for approx. 2 1/2 years now. From day one I felt included and a part of the group with Belinda's attention to introducing me to the rest of the workout group and paying specific attention to my physical requirements. I was in my early sixties when I started working out with Be More Fitness. I have never been an athletic person or competed in any sport activities of any sort and this year I competed in the Fem Sport event in Calgary and our Be More Fitness team came in 3rd overall. All due to the personal training provided by Belinda Morrison. Belinda is very knowledgeable on rehab training and very particular that her clients have proper form when doing any workouts. She modifies any workout for the individual whether is it due to age, physical abilities or injuries. Belinda is also continually upgrading her knowledge and skills and updates her training to her clients based on good research and body knowledge rather than on 'what the latest flavour' is in the fitness industry. Being a senior, I would, without hesitation, recommend Be More Fitness for anyone's fitness and training needs and particularly seniors that may be afraid or embarrassed to come to a fitness class.

    I've have been with Be More Fitness (BMF) since 2007. I was a runner decided to take a year off and nurse an injury so thought I'd try something different. Started with BMF and I have never gone back to running as a result I'm healthier, more fit without the injuries I incurred while running. The group I workout with is small so there's attention to detail, perfect form, accommodation of individual limitations and no judgement. Belinda has a rehab background a huge benefit for those with injuries or physical limitations. Belinda also participates in community fundraising for: people and animals in need of care. She also organizes and trains a Femsport team to promote women sport for all shapes, sizes and ages. I'm proud to have her as my Trainer. Note: this review will show up under my sons name, I'm not computer sauvvy enough to know how to change it:)

    I have been training with Be More Fitness for approx. 5years now and I have never been as strong as I am now. Belinda has a wealth of knowledge about physical fitness and the body in general and she applies that knowledge to every workout. She alters her workouts to suit the abilities and age ranges of her clients. She takes the time to explain why we do certain exercises and the benefits of doing them.

    Be More Fitness offers a number of different times in the day that you can workout so no matter what your schedule there is likely a time that will work for you. I workout at 5:30am with a number of other clients and it is one of my favorite ways to start my day!!
