Belinda has a wealth of knowledge about physical fitness and the body in general and she applies that knowledge to every workout. She alters her workouts to suit the abilities and age ranges of her clients. She takes the time to explain why we do certain exercises and the benefits of doing them. Be More Fitness offers a number of different times in the day that you can workout so no matter what your schedule there is likely a time that will work for you. I workout at 5:30am with a number of other clients and it is one of my favorite ways to start my day!! ”

“Not sure why another person rated this school with a one star without explanation and the school was not officially open a month ago. Official opening is Monday, March 13, 2017! Went to the preopening (March 9) and this school is pretty fantastic. Open, bright and so many great things for kids to learn and set up for options with a nice gym. The principal is friendly, helpful and kind. I am sure many kids will be proud to go to this school that is also set up for wheelchair friendly access and room.”
