Recently I had the pleasure of having my Ford Escape serviced by Vic and his team. I went in for a simple winter tire change over. During the tire change, Vic brought me into the back to show me how badly worn my brakes were on the car. Instead if having to come back, he did the brakes and rotors right then and there. I wouldn't have known how worn down these pads were unless it had been pointed out. Of note, he walked me through the costs associated with the pads, the machining process of the rotors, and the time involved. The process was unhurried, professional and transparent. Unlike many other auto shops in the city, I felt like this particular business actually did indeed care about the customer. No hesitation in recommending A-Apollo.
