We haven't started looking seriously for a house yet but attended a new home buyers class. It was will thought out and informative. They had a good mix of subjects, and you could tell the atmosphere was different - a very friendly, helpful group of people!

I really enjoyed the Investing in a Real Estate Class with the Chamberlain group. It was informative and discussed the different types of income properties, the rules on secondary income properties, different ways to finance the properties and answered several questions. It also doubled as a great date night with wine and snacks! Definitely worthy of 5 stars and met if not exceeded all of our expectations for the evening. Looking forward to doing another class sometime????
