Moving in from out of town, we weren't totally sure where we preferred to move and Erin was flexible, gracious, and quick to book viewings for us all over the city and into Airdrie when we came to town. When we found the home we decided to offer on, she negotiated a lower price to pay than we even offered! Every time I reached out to her with questions, she was prompt and personable in her responses. On the day we took possession, she brought us a lovely gift that helped me to feel welcome into our new home. I would not hesitate to go with Erin again for any future reality needs! She is a gem!
