I brought in a hurting old laptop that wouldn't work anymore, and Gabe went the extra mile to get it working AND rescuing my files from it! It was a Saturday night at 5:40 p.m. when everyone was closed for the weekend. My computer repeatedly failed to boot, leaving a message that there was a “fan error”. I called Gabriel at Ctrl Alt Repair Service. He was out shopping at the time but took my call and said he would be home in about an hour, would send me a text when he arrived and I could bring my laptop over. At around 6:30 my computer was at his shop. I was truly amazed that at 8:30 that same night he called to say my computer was fixed and that I could pick it up at 9:15. Gabe’s services were excellent, he was extremely prompt and efficient, the statements that appear on his website are truly what he practices, and the cost was significantly less than a person would find at any other provider. In my mind Gabe is one-of-a-kind. His commitment to service makes the word “service excellence” a reality and not just another word or catch-phrase that it often tends to become in today’s world. I have no hesitation at all in suggesting to anyone that if they use his services they will not be disappointed. If I need help with my computer in the future I’ll be at his doorstep.
