Carter at 7110 MacLeod Trail SW hooked me up great. Came in, had an issue with my blade, he told me he could do it while I wait. Said it would take 10 mins, finished in 5 and had me on my way with what felt like a new guitar! Sweet!

Steve was just superb! He was very patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He graciously provided the answer to every question I had and every bit of equipment I needed to test out my new amp. He gave me space to do my thing but was still very attentive. The definition of going above and beyond! Plus, he's a Pisces so we really gelled. ;) LOVE my Marshall AS100D and will be back very soon to buy a dual channel loop pedal. Thanks Steve! Happy birthday!

Great service, there, always very personal, feels less like a business transaction and more like a normal conversation in a welcoming environment. The selection is great if you are interested in dropping a pretty penny on a high quality instrument. Along with that, their repair shop greatly exceeded my expectations. I took an old Mann guitar in from the 70’s filled with cracks and missing pickups, and they fixed in up and had it back to me in about a week. Couldn’t recommend enough!
