OpenBox Sunridge

If you’re looking to upgrade your TV; talk to the good folks at OpenBox, Sunridge location. They were first and foremost, COVID compliant, friendly/polite and bang on with the price. Not to mention Moe and his staff was able to get everything ready in time for playoff hockey; GO FLAMES GO! I would recommend openbox and plan to use them again.

Staff extremely skilled and knowledgeable about products. Expertise in fixing issues outstanding. Upon entering the store I immediately felt comfortable and staff asked if I needed any help to please ask. Staff did not follow me around nor did any staff members apply pressure to purchase anything. I was kept apprised of how the work was proceeding by phone and text. I would highly recommend this store. If you are interested in a computer, laptop or custom build please see Jose. This is the gentleman who got my new system up and running while also working with my old laptop to transfer what he could from my failing hard drive. This store’s prices are reasonable and they will match price. For computer work the hourly prices for Jose is well below what is charged by Staples, Best Buy, Memory Express and other computer stores.

I have had a great experience purchasing from OpenBox in Sunridge. There was a problem with the first TV I picked up. Tyler and the rest of the team did a great job making sure I was happy with the TV I purchased, going well beyond what I was expecting!

While waiting I listened to how they talked to another customer looking at phones and was impressed there too with their focus on the customer.

These guys are definitely worth a look to get a quality product at a great price with no hassle at all. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Tyler and Moe both, as well as the person I e-mailed before coming in did an excellent job answering my questions.
