The store manger Jen is amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and well taken care of. I was having an issue with some things in the store. Jen jumped in right away start working with me to figure out what she can do to get things rolling again. Very polite very easy to talk to I highly recommend talking to Jen if you have an issue. Thank you Jen 5/5 all around

This is the nicest looking Best Buy I have ever seen. It seems to be newly renovated and looks very modern and futuristic. Also the staff are very nice and friendly. It isn't too busy usually if you come on a weekday so be sure to take advantage of that to chat with the knowledgable staff.

Best Buy store design has really improved over the years, and this store has benefited from that. The layout was much more shoppable.

I quickly found the product I was after, however the store was quite busy with boxing week shoppers so I did have to wait a reasonable amount of time for assistance in grabbing a locked product for purchase.

When I did get help, the sales associate was courteous, and made sure I was able to check out quickly.
