Amazing service! Very knowledgable and friendly staff. They won't waste your time and money with a service call if they can tell that an appliance is not worth repairing from what you tell them on the phone. When they do come out the service is efficient and on budget. Highly recommend them!

Incredible service. Called for a manufacture warranty (Bosch) which ended up being an installation problem. Very professional, friendly staff. They helped me diagnose and fix the problem over the phone.

We've had Rundle out to service repair our Asco Dishwasher and Sub-zero refrigerator and I am very happy with the the whole booking experience as well as the technician that came out to our house. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. As a Wolf/Sub-zero owner, we have our choice of who to go with for warranty work, and we did try a competitor before Rundle, and the difference was night and day. Rundle provided excellent and prompt service. They were able to book me right away and asked the right questions to be able to determine the issues with our washing machine and arrive with the correct part. The booking person and technician were both great. The service call went smoothly and the technician was patient and through in replicating the issue to ensure the problem was fixed. The washing machine is performing wonderfully.
