The tech called in advance to provide sufficient notice, arrived right on time and tackled the service in a timely manner. While performing the service he explained what he was doing, and went over the benefits of my appliance selection.

He could have fixed it and ran, but he ran through a cycle to make sure that it was perfect. Thank you again.

(October 17, 2018, 5:48 pm)I have used Totem a few times and I am happy every time. Brandon is the absolute BEST!! He really knows his stuff and is friendly and professional. I had a dishwasher that wasn’t working and he fixed it up no problem and even gave me some great tips to keep it running smoothly. I also had my oven break down while I had company staying with me and he came out so fast and repaired it like new. The price was fair and was exactly what I expected it to be for that level of service expertise and the parts required for higher end Jenn Air appliances. There were no surprises. Call Totem if you want your appliances fixed fast, affordable and right the first time. (And ask for Brandon!)

He accommodated coming to our home on his day off as there wasn’t another day that week that worked for either of us. Brandon also answered questions about our other appliances that weren’t part of this warranty work call. Giving us tips on general upkeep to prolong the life of each appliance we have. I truly appreciate how Brandon went above and beyond on this service call!!
