Very helpful sales staff, clean store, and a wide variety of on-floor product display. I purchased a sleeper sofa here after a long period of research comparing different distributors, and I am glad to have chosen this store. My salesperson was very to-the-point, helpful with the purchasing process, and knowledgeable about the process. Would recommend this store to those looking to find furniture.

My experience today was awesome. The atmosphere was friendly, professional and helpful. My customer service representative, John, was patient and knowledgeable, but also willing to bring the manager in to get me a great discount. The manager was incredibly helpful as well. There was never any pressure tactics to buy. I definitely will return to the Brentwood location as my move to my new home progresses.

LOVE Ashley furniture.
I went into the Brentwood location just to take a quick peek. I was expecting an aggressive salesmen would approach soon. Much to my surprise, a young salesman at Ashley approached me named Adrian. Honestly, he was the most genuine, person I have met in a very long time. Non aggressive, just helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I did not think the living room set I was looking at would fit in my living room, Adrian measured and help me come up with a plan. The plan worked beautifully and delivery service was perfect! I was getting texts on my phone all day on the status of the delivery ( which was also a great feature) . I went back to Ashley furniture to look at a couple other things and Adrian showed me a beautiful dining set that I purchased on the spot. A month later I returned again ( lol ) to look at some furniture for the basement. I explained to Adrain what I was looking for. He showed me this TV wall unit that I would have never chose, however when I went home and looked at the space again the wall unit would be perfect. It was delivered a couple of weeks ago and I cannot imagine anything else there but this beautiful piece. Adrian really understood my taste and was so pleasant to work with. All the staff seem to work as a team, and get along great, which was a nice experience as well. I have had a lot of company over since the new furniture, and they ask me where I bought everything. I tell them Ashley! I LOVE the furniture and did not have one problem whatsoever! Who can say that ? Great experience:)
