Let me start by saying I am very picky about chinese food. It has to be fresh and tasty, as well as made without msg.
Canterra Market hits all those points. I’ve eaten there twice since it opened and the food has been fresh tasty and doesn't make me feel sick after eating.
I'm looking forward to trying the pizza. Although it’s going to be hard to beat the pizza from Pangea aggross the street...
I eat at their lunch buffet downtown at least twice a week and was thrilled when they opened a 2nd location close to my home as well. Haven't had the pizza yet but the Chinese food was fantastic. Ordered the fried rice, Mixed vegetables, dumplings, and ginger beef. I think the leftovers for lunch the next day might be even better than the dinner! Highly recommend!
Canterra Cafe, (northmount location) Is a cafe that makes western chinese food as well as pizza. I went to this location for the first time, and ordered a "meal for one". I must say, the quality of everything was amazing. The spring rolls were great, almost looked like they were hand made. The mixed vegetables looked fresh, tasted great. The ginger beef was fairly standard for these types of resturaunts. It also came with a wonton soup (im not much of a wonton soup guy) But it was delicious and the wontons were great. The price was reasonable, Staff was friendly. I highly recommend Canterra Cafe (northmount)! I'm excited to try their pizza next.
