(June 12, 2019, 4:14 pm)Took my encore in for inspection as my new car warenty was running out. The lady at service desk was very nice. Service was done in a timely manner. When picking up my encore i was missing the nuts that take your tires off. But found them two days later in compartment in the truck. Just yesturday i went to use my windshield washer and they never filled my washer fluid up it was empty also they never washed my encore. It makes me wonder if they even did the inspection. I have always taken my car to a GM dealer from ontario to calgary and have never had bad service. But was not very happy with this dealership. When you have 152 point check. I would think all fluids would be filled up and car washed. Very disappointed and makes me wonder what else they didn't do to make sure my encore was in good working condition before warrenty runs out.
