Went looking for 2 pairs of Birkenstock's . Found mine but the style my wife wanted wasn't available in her size (we checked several other stores as well). Our clerk was Kaitlin (hope I spelled that right), and she was amazing. She went above and beyond trying to get just the right pair for my wife. Even seeing if she could order them, and when they weren't in the skew she recommended another store too check. Couldn't find the style anywhere in the city so going back to get the second choice that are on hold. I highly recommend this store.

Friendly staff, after an order mix up they were able to exchange my shoes after a bit of digging. Store hours were incorrect online, no fault of theirs im sure.

Great selection and great sales, and every salesperson I've encountered there has been helpful... and a couple of them have gone the extra mile to help me find alternatives when we couldn't find the sizes I need. Especially excellent place if you have kids!
