“I happened upon this store while vising a travel agency in the mall. I have to say that the selection of high quality shoes was amazing, if you are looking for practical, or dressy, or orthotic( not your Grandmas orthotics), and pretty shoes( no stilettos here). You could say they cater to the older crowd( over 30's) who appreciate quality and comfort. There are four things that strike me about this store; quality, variety, price and above all, service. The owner is very nice, patient, low key, knowledgeable, helpful, and doesn't pressure clients into buying. Go there, you'll love it! I bought a pair of shoes just because I was given a chance to try, browse, try more, and browse some more. This was a find for me, and even though clear across the city, I will choose this store over one much closer, with more variety(North Hill Mall) as I feel I would be supporting local, and enjoy the pressure-free shopping. Oh, and did I mention his prices are really fair?...check it out!”

The manager of the store, Edward was at the entrance greeting all the customers and sanitizing all the carts - I have never seen a manager pay such close attention to everyone at the store that enter and leave (he greeted everyone and said goodbye to everyone) whilst keeping his employees be on the floor for tidying up! Regardless of whether you find something there or not, things like these make want to return here all the time!”

Our clerk was Kaitlin (hope I spelled that right), and she was amazing. She went above and beyond trying to get just the right pair for my wife. Even seeing if she could order them, and when they weren't in the skew she recommended another store too check. Couldn't find the style anywhere in the city so going back to get the second choice that are on hold. I highly recommend this store.”

“Great experience at this location. I had recently bought a pair of boots from the north location, and was not overly impressed with one of the employees. Looking for anothet pair of boots (Winter) I decided to try this location. Cam was great to deal with but unfortunately this location did not have my boot size. He checked the stock at the north store and they had my size. Unfortunately for Cam he did not make the commission but he really deserved it. The young gentleman at the north store could learn a thing or two from him.”

“Great store, it is always well stocked and organized. Customer service is good and they usually have lots of "sale" items. The only really annoying thing about this store, is the extremely pushy and insistent older gentlemen that is promoting the credit cards. EVERY single time I have been there he tells me all about it, even when I tell him that I am not interested, even when I tell him, he already told me..Even multiple times during my visit to the store. I understand it is his job and he probably wants to excel at it... But to be honest, he makes me want to leave the store quickly.”

“Customer service is okay; however, it was very difficult to locate any sales representatives on the floor. I'm handicapped and wear leg braces so finding shoes is a huge challenge. I had purchased a pair of "spare" runners to have on hand as I go through shoes every couple months. Unfortunately, my leg braces were recently replaced so my "spare pair" don't fit my new braces. I asked if there was anyway that an exchange could be done considering they have never been worn. I was very quickly shot down which was very difficult to hear. Being on a fixed income, 70.00 doesn't sound like much but to me it might as well be a fortune. Needless to say, I'm now stuck with brand new shoes that can't be worn. I wish that a manager could have stepped in to help me out but nobody would call one for me. Time to find a new store to purchase my shoes.....one that will help out customers that are in a difficult position. Sorry Shoe Company, you've very unfortunately lost my future business and that of my family's too!”
