  We had our wood burning fireplace recently replaced with a gas insert, recommended by Mr Fireplace. We are very pleased with the install and are now very much enjoying our "new' fireplace. Replacement recommendation, install process and overall approach to customer service is excellent.

  We had our fireplace serviced and cleaned today by Daryl. He took apart all the parts and did a thorough cleaning. He rearranged the logs and placed some ambers to make the fire more realistic. He also changed our fireplace switch. All in all, he did a wonderful job. He took care in all that he did.

  The tech that serviced my fireplace in Airdrie yesterday was on time, very professional, and thorough. He got my fireplace operating again and cleaned it. Great service!

  After having other fireplace guys into repair and my fireplace still wasn't working I am pleased to say I called the right guy this time!!! He explained where the problem was, fixed it and I feel so happy that I won't have to think twice about it staying that way. He was on time, had all the parts he needed and didn't waste time. Very clean, as he spreads his blanket in the work area and contains all on it so not to dirty anything in the client's home. It's these little things that show the kind of work you can expect. Super pleased and would recommend Mr Fireplace to everyone needing the service!
