I've owned 2 pairs of Hi-Tec i-shield hiking boots and they both fell apart within 1 year. I tried contacting Hi-Tec in multiple ways and they flat out ignored me. I contacted Mark's through their Facebook page and you sent me an electronic voucher within 1 week!
Just today I went to Hi-Tec's Facebook page to lodge a formal complaint for all to see and their page is absolutely filled with unhappy customers who've had similar experience to mine.
I know Mark's sells quality merchandise and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE SELLING Hi-Tec products. You will get a bad name selling extremely low quality products and I'm certain you don't want that!
Thank you again Mark's for helping me when Hi-Tec would not!
