  Dead of winter, - 30, Dan Woke up in the night, was at our house in 30 mins, fixed our blower fan within an hour and charged us HALF of what action furnace quoted us on the phone for a midnight repair. Very impressed.

  Great service! DR Helped me trouble shoot my Air Conditioner problems over the phone in 2 minutes and I had my system up and running 20 minutes later. I will never call another company again.

  My wife and I recently experienced issues with a new central AC unit that was installed by another HVAC company. The temperature on the main floor thermostat would not reach 23 degrees Celsius. The company that installed it said the issue was due to poor air flow circulation throughout the house. Although there may be some truth to that I had a suspicion that it probably wasn’t the primary reason. That’s when I called Dan at DR Heat & Air for his advice.
  
  Without hesitation Dan spent over 25 minutes educating and explaining to me the possible reasons for the problem even though he has nothing to gain from the call. Throughout our conversation Dan constantly emphasized the need for contractors to take responsibility and pride in their work, including the importance of designing a quality solution based on needs and not cutting back on solution design just to make a quick sale (in a very competitive market) and reiterates the importance of customer satisfaction. Everything he said lead me to believe that had I hired DR Heat & Air in the first place I more than likely wouldn’t have an AC issue as the are very knowledgeable and experienced in the field of HVAC.
  
  Here’s the kicker!! DR Heat & Air installed my AC unit in my previous house 8 years ago which they did an excellent job, never had an issue, the AC unit cooled the house nicely, was very quiet and was still humming along the day we sold our house. Don’t ask me why I didn’t obtain a quote from DR Heat & Air to do this recent install, I just totally forgot about them (Kicking myself for that!!). Anyways my point is DR Heat & Air is a quality outfit (Not something you see every day) that will do the job right the first time. At the end of the day Dan gave me the confidence to go back to the HVAC company to request the recommended change which they’ve since completed. I was lucky they were willing to make the change, not all companies are. Bottom line is we’re all busy these days and don’t have time to deal with issues that should never occur to begin with, can be very stressful, costly and time consuming. Because of that if I were to do it again, or if I have future HVAC needs in the future I’ll definitely be calling on DR Heat & Air.

  The Dan's some years ago installed my air conditioner, the job was more than perfect, their more than friendly, honest, very efficient and their work is outstanding, as you can see they take pride in their work. Just recently my furnace had to be replaced, one again their work extremely was more than great, friendly, and perfect. Because of all the codes the City has to come and inspect, again the City was blown away by their great work.
