“I had an issue with visa and was trying to deal with it for roughly 3 weeks. I was getting nowhere quick, was told next week 4 times. I eventually had to go the branch, explained my situation to Jacquelin, the branch Manager. Jacqueline went above and beyond to solve my issues. Her and all her staff were great and helped me get what visa had promised but failed to deliver upon. Would definitely recommend dealing with Jacqueline as she cares about good customer service and I know I will be taken care of fairly with her there!”
