My dealership recommended that I bring my vehicle to this location for repairs after I was rear-ended. The service was excellent from the moment I walked in for an estimate to the moment I picked up the vehicle after the repairs were completed. Usually, you have to deal with one agent who looks after you and playing telephone or email tag with that one agent can take time. However, everyone I dealt with at Speedy Collision, no matter if it was my assigned agent or not, took responsibility and resolved the question I had. Email contact was fast, and phone contact was always taken care of on the first call. I got better and quicker service from Speedy Collision than I did from my insurance company! All of the people I dealt with, were polite, courteous and friendly. Everyone took the time to ensure that I was satisfied and never did I feel that they did not care. Keep up the excellent work everyone - your customer service is commendable! I will highly recommend Speedy Collision to anyone who needs a repair done to their vehicle.
I am beyond impressed! I went to Speedy to get a quote on the absolute minimum they could do to fix the hood latch on my old Honda Odyssey. I expected the price would be more than I wanted to pay. Instead, the spent 30 minutes fixed it right there. Who does that anymore? I hope I won't need a collision repair shop any time soon, but if I do, I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle here.
They painted my Tacoma Hood off my truck, per my request as I needed it for work. They colour matched the Cement Grey perfectly... you cannot even tell!
I have a BMW and got rear ended. They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price, in the exact timeline they said it would be done. They even swapped my winter tires for no extra charge. Lisa was very helpful and the entire service team is really friendly. Thanks for the great service !
Fantastic customer service!
We were rear ended by a student, so I didn't want the repair bill to be too much. Speedy was able to repair my bumper instead of replacing so it looks as good as it did before the fender bender.
