Great products, and awesome service. I was able to test ride my chosen bike in both sizes to confirm which I was most comfortable with. Very knowledgable team members, who know their stuff which was very helpful being new to mountain biking. Will never buy another bike from anywhere else again. Highly recommended!

Went in there today to get a replacement chain because mine broke off. Started looking around, saw lots of very nice bikes, though I did not want to pay the price of a car for one so the guy who was helping me, should have asked his name, spent time with me, showed me several models in the price I wanted to spend, then I saw some red tag bikes...2018 models and found one I liked, got $200. off and bought it. Extremely helpful people, very patient, not pushy at all and much nicer than the people who sold me 4 inner tubes last year at a big shop on Bowness Road, 3 of which had to be replaced immediately, until I got the 4th which was fine. After the fourth time buying the inner tube, not even an offer of one for free so they have seen the last of me. But the guys at the Bike Shop North can certainly expect my return business. My daughter grew out of her bike and so I went to The Bike Shop for a new bike. The service was here was great. The sales guy helped me right away and answered all my questions. He measured my daughter to get the proper size for her. The only issue was the selection was pretty slim. My daughter is 5 years old and there was only one bike she could pick. I ended up with a Trek Bike for her. The tech even cut down the bike seat to lower the seat another inch. The warranty is great and they told me to bring it back for a free tune up after riding it for a month. Overall happy with the purchase just wished there was more selection.

Great bike shop, I would say the best in town. Service is excellent always willing to help and go that extra mile. Sale staff is amazing too, they are not pushy, they try to help you with what you really need. I recommend these guys 100% I almost forget. Great bang for your buck.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I purchased my first real mountain bike during the new years sales and saved $220 on a brand new 2019 Specialized. They built the bike and got it all ready to go. When I arrived to pick it up they had me try it and adjusted the seat post by cutting a few inches so it would fit me. Also included with the purchase an adjustment after the bike break in and one free tuneup within the first 18 month of ownership (a $100 value). They also gave me 4 coupons for savings on equipments, accessories service and foods.
All in all I could not be happier.
