“Pilates is the first organized workout that I have been to where I can exercise with a group but do it on an individual level. The classes are small and the instructors are amazing! The owner, Danielle, has been so encouraging and supportive right from the very first phone call. The club has been very flexible with my schedule, offering classes at various times during the day as well as mixing things up so I'm not doing the same thing every day thus keeping me challenged and engaged.
