Customer service is okay; however, it was very difficult to locate any sales representatives on the floor. I'm handicapped and wear leg braces so finding shoes is a huge challenge. I had purchased a pair of "spare" runners to have on hand as I go through shoes every couple months. Unfortunately, my leg braces were recently replaced so my "spare pair" don't fit my new braces. I asked if there was anyway that an exchange could be done considering they have never been worn. I was very quickly shot down which was very difficult to hear. Being on a fixed income, 70.00 doesn't sound like much but to me it might as well be a fortune. Needless to say, I'm now stuck with brand new shoes that can't be worn. I wish that a manager could have stepped in to help me out but nobody would call one for me. Time to find a new store to purchase my shoes.....one that will help out customers that are in a difficult position. Sorry Shoe Company, you've very unfortunately lost my future business and that of my family's too!
