They were very polite and professional. Seems like they did a thorough job; they sent pictures after showing the inside of the vents and they were clean. Spent considerable time so they didn’t rush. Only issue, and I’m assuming they just forgot, was that they moved a bed to get to the vents behind and forgot to move it back. Not on wheels so I had a hard time pushing it back. But everything else was put back.

From appointment setting to answering all my question and your follow up - you were all professional, pleasant and efficient! I really appreciated that you laid down mats and placed corner guards to protect the freshly painted walls. I highly recommend your service and will see you in a couple years when it is time for this important maintenance. Thanks again for a job well done!

Larry was very quick and so friendly. He was fantastic at quickly answering all my questions and getting everything set up. Job was done well and I will use them again in the future! The process was quick and easy to understand and I liked getting a text when they were on their way to the home and when the job was completed. great process!

Big Ben was very professional from start to finish. Adam was very courteous and friendly and explained everything he was doing. He also gave some helpful suggestions about cold spots in the house, furnace filters and humidifier pad maintenance. Adam also provided before and after photos of our ducts so we could see what they cleaned . We'll definitely be calling Big Ben for future furnace & duct cleaning and recommend them to anyone else in Cochrane

Jason and Braeden were very friendly and professional. Even Larry and Myles the owners stopped by to make sure everything went well. Jason made a couple suggestions with regard to the dryer vent piping and was also concerned for us to change the cat's water to make sure she didn't get sick from particles due to the furnace and vent cleaning. Jason gave us a quote for the carpet cleaning and shower tile cleaning and we will be getting them back to have that done in the new year. Thanks again to all.
