Bowmont Park Fenced Off-Leash Area

Nice place for.dogs as long as their are no stuck up people there I mean you are at a dog park hence the words **(DOG PARK)** let you dog be a dog and play with other dogs grow up or how about don't go to a public place with you dog if it doesn't like other dogs dumb people

Awesome dog park! Lots of parking and our dogs absolutely love it!

A really lovely place for dog walkers and those not blessed. Very respectful dog guardians and well behaved doggies. Views galore with lots of little trails to explore.

Awesome place with 3 different offleash areas, 3 distinct landscapes : 1) just plain fenced area, relatively small, good for dogs playing. 2) larger fenced area with a pond. Excellent during summers. 3) Large offleash area along Bow river.

Located right off Stoney, it’s a quick drive from my house. I like this one in particular because there’s usually other dogs there for my bulldogs to play with at any time of day, dog walkers tend to frequent here with large packs. The terrain is level, so you can keep an eye on your dog from any vantage point. The downside is that there is a gate at the back of the fenced area that you can walk through to get to some paths along the river (which are beautiful), but I’ve had some less than attentive people open it wide and my pups flee. Also, a CN Rail train goes by the park wailing it’s horn every couple of hours.
