We wanted to sell our Calgary home and look outside the city for an acreage and Jeremy had some great advice for us on the selling of our home - which sold in a couple of weeks for our asking price. We first contacted Jeremy when we were just getting our feet wet in the real estate market. We weren’t ready to make an offer or start looking at any thing seriously. Jeremy set up a meeting with us so we could discuss what our needs might be and for almost a year, we didn’t make a move. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t pressure us at all about our house hunt. When we seriously started the house hunting process, Jeremy (and his partner, Chris) was there to support us every step of the way. He was an absolute blast to work with and didn’t complain once about the drastically different neighbourhoods we wanted to look in. He has a great sense of humour and makes you feel at ease instantly. I am not a fan of the house hunting process, but he made it so much fun. He was patient with all my last minute requests and has a personality that makes you feel like you’ve known him for years. He is quick to answer texts/emails and offers help, guidance and expertise with patience and professionalism. We left every house we saw in a good mood and with smiles on our faces. When we were finally ready to make an offer, Jeremy guided us through the process and answered all our questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer any of my friends or family to use Jeremy for any of their real estate needs. Jeremy's confidence and knowledge was a huge asset to help me sell my home quickly and at the best price. It sold for 99% of the asking price which he assessed higher than I originally thought I could ask!
He was always available to answer my questions (even while on vacation) while is partner, Chris, worked on getting the sign up and the photo shoot set up (I was very happy with the pictures!). They had everything running like clock work and had my home conditionally sold in 9 days.
