She has gone over and beyond to help me and my family. The other Pharmacists there are also wonderful.. I just can’t remember their exact spelling of their names. “I wanted to take a second to recognize Jessica who was the cashier on March 1st around 12:30pm. There were 3 people ahead of me and the line was building behind me and she had called for assistance. Unfortunately no one came to her aide, but she remained composed and didn’t let it stress her out. She didn’t rush any customer, instead gave them the attention they deserved and still took the time to mention points, coupons and promos with every customer. She treated everyone with kindness and was very professional. When it was my turn she offered me the same professionalism and efficiency as with everyone else. As someone who has worked many years in customer service, this is a trait that doesn’t get praised enough. Way to hold down the fort Jessica!
