I was SHOCKED at the customer service, it was PERFECT!!

It’s very rare to go into any mobility store and receive lightning fast service and super friendly staff. I went in for an upgrade and was in bit of a rush. They got me in and out with a brand new iPhone within 10 minutes. To say the least, I was shocked! It was super impressive how fast they were able to help me out.

The two members who were helping me were a delight to deal with, and quite frankly the nicest people who work for Bell I’ve come across in years.

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service at this location!! I was helped by Avneet for a phone upgrade, he went above and beyond to get me the best rates! He definitely impressed me with his attention to detail, and I'm very grateful for my new phone and cheaper plan!
