CIBC Branch with ATM

I deposited my cash $230 and the bank machine could not read one of $50. The machine said that the money will come out but never happened. I talked to one of the bankers and he promised that I would get the money back. It never happened. I called him a few times and he never returned the call.

Finally I came to the centre. Another representative, Jen(?) a gentleman from CIBC took care of right away. He was responsible and fast to take care of.

So I had a pleasant experience today.

So I changed my rate to 4 stars.

The Branch Manager, and all bank staff there are very courteous, professional, and competent. They are very good with providing excellent service to bank customers. This kind of service is hard to even imagine now a days. Thanks to all of you.

My experience At CIBC has always been EXCELLENT. Great customer service especially with Isaac and Yash. They had gone above and beyond to make my banking experiences easy, fast, and efficient. By going out of his way to always keep me updated on my accounts and always giving me the easiest solutions. I've never seen somebody come into work on there day off, just to fix my situation.

This branch always has a very good vibe as soon as you enter. You don't have to wait to get your transactions done.
Advisors Yash and Alina are fantastic and took care of my business very well. I always leave the branch happy with no complaints.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. I went there once and was delighted to be treated so kindly by every single employee. They looked into my problem and solved it as if it was their own. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to get THE BEST financial advise. Their manager Mr Zen Wang is very kind too.
