The Account Manager named Katherine Chan provided excellent financial planning service and recommendations. I am vwey happy that I got serviced by her. She is professional and very caring.
(April 3, 2019, 4:29 am)The HSBC team here could be very experienced and knowledgeable (on the Premier/Advance side) or relatively new (teller side). But even though the tellers are new and inexperienced, they do have a nice smile on their faces and always try to help. The tellers, advisors, and manager are all super nice and friendly, and they are the reason I keep going back to this branch.
