I've had some less than desirable experiences with other counsellors, but this was not the case with Jennifer. After only a couple of sessions, I was no longer feeling alone in my struggles; she is a personal cheerleader. Her methods are exactly what are needed to make significant strides to becoming healthier and happier. As a bonus, they're even highly regarded by a dear friend who is also a psychologist. Thanks to finding Jennifer and Living Well, I finally have a safe place to really dig deeper and find out who I am as a person, and figure out what I need in order to live my best authentic life. I wish I could give 10 stars, because she goes so far above and beyond that it's what she really deserves.
An added bonus is that if in-person meetings aren't attainable, she's willing to work with you over the phone or by video conferencing. Her services are also recognized by my sometimes-difficult-to-deal-with insurance company, though I must say that even if they weren't, she's worth every last penny. If I could pay for everyone to see her, I would.
I had such a positive experience with Living Well. Would definitely recommend them.
Living Well is the best counselling service I have ever received. I was very nervous to give counselling another try as previous experiences with other counselors had left a bad taste in my mouth. When I met Jennifer I was blown away at how sincere and genuine she was. I felt like I was in the safest place to share some of my deepest pains and struggles. She didn't just listen and send me on my way but she gave me homework and things to do for myself. She taught me strategies of how to cope when things feel out of control. I never once felt judged or looked down on. I now feel like I can face challenges with the tools I have learned from going to Living Well. If you are looking for a safe place where you can share from your heart with whatever hard challenge you are facing I recommend coming here. You won't leave the same person.
