Paradise Bay

Everyone is always so helpful and available. All the employees are well versed, it appears in everything at the store. A man holding a drill asked if he could help me today. Another man took his drill and he helped me right from picking out a product to cashing me out. Fantastic!!!

We can't say enough good things about this place! We use them both for our business and personally. They always are helpful and more importantly there customer service has always been top notch. We made the mistake of getting out actual Hot from a different dealer and soon realized that from a tub stand point and service end we made a horrible mistake. Finding and dealing with Paradise has been the only saving grace. I would highly recommend one of there products and dealing with them after the fact is going to be a treat. Well done guys. Thanks for all your hard work and support!

We had great experience from start to finish.
Took us couple visit at the store before we set our mind on the perfect tub for us. Marc been awesome answering any questions. We didn’t feel pressured at any time and that’s basically why we choose Paradise Bay at the end. Good and stress free service pay off. They tried to understand our need and budget and found us a great tub for competitive price.
Chris (hope that’s the right name, been few months) and delivery team did really good at installation and setup. Good advice on maintenance even tho it wasn’t my first tub. Keep up good work guys! Will buy again and send friends without hesitation.

Phenomenal store! Great service and selection! All staff that we dealt with at Paradise Bay were helpful and knowledgeable. They came out to assess the space, gave good recommendations and made us feel comfortable about our purchase. The delivery and setup went smoothly, we were coached as to what we needed to do, in regards to maintenance, and when to do it. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Paradise Bay!

We purchased our first Arctic Spa from Paradise Bay in 1995, and our second one in June 2018. After 23 years it was time for a new one! When we started researching hot tubs, we quickly came back to the importance of having local support and service - over price. Spas from big box retailers may be cheaper, but the overall package of efficiency, performance in our cold winter climate, and local service was key.

Trevor was one of the most knowledgeable and patient salespeople we have dealt with. We never felt pressured, and my wife and I tried literally every hot tub in their showroom. We decided on the Arctic Spa Yukon model with Trevor’s expert guidance and it was the right choice for sure. We were able to custom order the color of the cabinet, the spa shell, number of jets, and we decided to add the ultimate lights feature which is awesome!

We did a have a few glitches in the first week or so - a leak in a pump gasket and some lights not turning on… but these were fixed the next day by the service team. This confirmed our belief in the importance of local support and service.

So, in conclusion, we are very happy with our choice of the Arctic Spa Yukon model and Paradise Bay. Thanks again Trevor and the Paradise Bay Team!
