I've been coming to you for years and I like u guys but you made me upset today. I'm spending $40+ on the cleaning I'm picking up today and notice the hem is partially down on the pants I'm wearing. You fixed it in 10 seconds which was nice. But charging me $6 was not nice. Especially since I spend hundreds of dollars a year with you. Even after I told you that it would be a nice gesture to do it for free you let me walk away annoyed. I expected better treatment for a loyal customer.
