I really like my bed, and the sales person was very helpful. For the most part the experience was a good one, but at the end they spring the "mattress protector" on you, and I was not prepared, but I bought it. It was super expensive, and it is utter garbage. I had to take it off after a couple of weeks because it was so slippery. I should have bought the name brand one to match my bed elsewhere. These guys seem to upsell their own house brand here. Beds...good. Mattress protector...no.

Brian was extremely helpful and patient working with me through my comfort exchange. He took the time to help me find the right mattress. Wonderful customer service!

Didn't buy a mattress yet, but had a great experience with Dexter as the sales associate. He wasn't pushy at all and showed us everything we wanted to see. I would definitely come back to buy from here because of the service alone.

Not really sure why there are such bad reviews for this location, but I have shopped here many times over the past few months looking for a new bed. Initially apprehensive to spend so much on a new bed, I spent a lot of time window shopping at this location many times and asking multiple questions on a range of beds. Every time I came in, there was always a friendly and knowledgeable sales person to support my interrogation of questions with no pressure or sales agenda. I ended up buying the most comfortable bed with no regrets; likewise, I ended up having one of the best shopping experiences here with the sales staff. Five star service for this location’s sales personnel.
