Dan, a tall boy with chubby cheeks spent around 50 minutes showing me around and taught me how to choose the proper equipment, from boots, binding to snowboard and helmet. He answered my question patiently, adding lots of his own thoughts and opinions which is very useful. This is the best shopping experience i've ever had. Thanks a lot!
(September 19, 2018, 1:54 am)The staff were nice enough but they did not have time to assist. The nice young man in shoes was trying to help 4 customers. The cashier told me she was helping a customer and had to leave them to ring people through. I said yes I couldn't find help with the fitness trackers. There was no offer to call someone.
(August 25, 2018, 7:47 pm)I generally love Sport Chek, but this location was difficult to get in and out of. The traffic flow was not designed well. Also the selection of kids shoes seemed smaller than other locations, so I did not find what I was looking for. On a good note, the staff were friendly and helpful.
