Walmart Supercentre

Its the same as every Walmart. Except the fact that the elderly gentleman greeting us at the entrance was incredibly friendly. He cracked a good joke that got my kids laughing and he was again friendly on our way out.

Anything you could want is in this store! Guess that’s why they call it a superstore.

There was a funny smell throughout the store but that’s probably cleaning products. Can’t comment on the customer service because we went through the self-checkout.

Big Walmart. I love this mall. All the major stores are here and this Walmart is huge. I recommend this mall to anyone. Definitely my favourite mall in Calgary.

Came to customer service to exchange a sewing machine that wasn't working properly. Unfortunately, your location only has one small machine in stock and they couldn't find another at a different location for me... but Grace was awesome and gave me a store credit; 6/5 stars for her ? Now I'm on the hunt for another sewing machine ? You think that'd be easy during a pandemic? ... Ha!

This Walmart is well-organized and very clean. The staff in the various departments are very friendly and available. I was offered help in both the photo department and furniture department. The day I was shopping here, I waited in an express cashier line with 2 people in front of me for over 10 minutes. 2/3 cashiers were with customers for that entire time and the third cashier was ringing the rest of us through (slowly). There was only one regular cash line open and that one was extra long. Two customer service cashiers were around and socializing but didn't offer to help with the big line that was forming. Hopefully this was an off day because it was pretty bad considering the service elsewhere in the store.
