The manager of the store, Edward was at the entrance greeting all the customers and sanitizing all the carts - I have never seen a manager pay such close attention to everyone at the store that enter and leave (he greeted everyone and said goodbye to everyone) whilst keeping his employees be on the floor for tidying up! “Love this location recently opened in Market Mall. This is a Home Sense outlet only so no apparel. But there are wonderful furniture finds here and not too busy as it is a newer store. It’s not connected to the mall so you’ll need to take either the elevators, escalators or stairs up.”

It honestly used to look like they carried the rejects of other locations, but I went in today and they had a ton of cute items. The one suggestion I have is that they change the signs to be more specific, I was searching for a while for sweaters and found them mixed in to multiple racks of "tops" where as other locations have "sweaters" as a section”

“Wonderful customer service! I was asked if i needed any help by one sweet young girl but i knew what i was looking for. Later on in the store she was walking and chatting with the mangaer(?) And they asked if i was still doing ok i had asked them if they had any night lights for my daughter and they were SO helpful!!!! They mentioned they were not sure if any left in the store but if i wanted to order online they would help me. They found me one in the clearance isle and were so helpful describing it and hoping it would work for me. I then had to do an exchange on a shower curtain that i had opened and the cashier was so understanding polite and wonderful!!! This is some of the best customer service I have ever had in any store. Keep up the great work!!!!!! I will be coming here more often.”

The fitting room attendant was quite aggressive, she was pushy and didn’t even give me a chance to try anything on before “checking” on me. The product selection is pretty decent given the size of the store. The men’s dress clothing selection is pretty great, the deals on the suiting is pretty amazing.
