I had an after hours breakdown in a rooftop air conditioning unit ,during a heat wave for a very important company I manage . This customer contacted an electrician located in the same building who were going home even though their vehicles advertise 24 hour service ,they refused to help . My first call was to Shaun Walker the owner of Equinox Electric, he reassured me a technician would arrive soon , true to his word he arrived assessed the rooftop problem , Shaun pulled some strings ,had the electric wholesale company come back to his office after hours ,supply the part ,which was immediately installed, everything worked .I must add the invoice was more than reasonable .
