“Seems civil and well organized. You sign for a 24hr permit when you arrive. Locate your trailer appropriately and you're good to go. The don't hassle you, or even drive past in the night. But it's secure, and as low road noise as you can expect, given the location. Also doubles as the snow yard in winter, they like you parked close to the main road opposite the CIBC if possible.”
