  It's an ok location. The staff are a mixed bag, but I've managed to find the ones that are pretty good, and talking to those ones is always fun. I don't like to get hardware here at all though, as the warranty and the cost are far too high, but software, cases and the occasional movies are pretty easy to find and often readily available.

  It's OK. Much smaller Best Buy than your normal one. One thing that REALLY REALLY annoys me about Best Buy is the staff asking me if everything is OK?!? It's fine if one person asks you but if it's 10 then it's a bit too much. However, the location is ideal because our offices are across McLeod, so easy access

  Pretty great place, I’ve been walking through here getting a smile and assistance from everyone since it was future shop. Once I was in the bathroom and disgusted, I reported it to an employee and he was quick to make the call to get it cleaned up. Needless to say I walked in there another time and the bathroom it was spotless. This is a benchmark store which sets the bar on how Best Buy should be run. From customer service to customer problems and problems rectified awesome job BB

  Stopped in to purchase a new desktop computer. Steve was our associate. He took the time to help us find exactly what we needed. If you need computer help, check out Best Buy and ask for Steve.

  Despite being told repeatedly that someone was coming to the Apple section to answer my question, I waited for over 10 minutes.
  
  This seemed strange as there was a ratio of 2:1, employees to customers.
  
  When someone arrived, he was able to quickly tell me they didn’t have what I was looking for.
  
  I appreciate that theft prevention needs to be addressed at this store, but it makes it tough to get a sense of a product when the display looks this bad - SEE PIC - eg. all items have been removed. There were however a few Apple items visible, albeit in a locked tower cage.

Ive heard stories from friends that some employees are complete dicks, pardon my language, because they work majority on commission on top of their hourly rate but to me I think these guys are humble.
