If something goes wrong with your order - it wasn't their fault... You promised messed something up. 5 years and not one problem with 30+ events. Nothing but love for this Calgary local.
(February 8, 2019, 10:52 pm)I can't express how amazing this company is - the awards for our show were forgotten in another city, we found out 3 hours before the event was to take place. We called this company up and they made us 250 awards, branded as we need in the shortest amount of time! No questions asked they were happy to help!
We will be back and will recommend consistently!
(December 19, 2018, 3:33 pm)Customer service was exceptional; very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I visited 4 or 5 stores across the city looking for a high quality bristle dartboard and backboard. They had the one I wanted at a good price (in fact the Winmau Blade 5 was $50 less than another store was charging) and on two separate visits I got the best customer service I've had in years.
