Ben at the Shawville Calgary location was helpful and polite, and even though they couldn't fix my issue (was more than an alignment), they game me great advice, were thorough, and charged nothing for an inspection. Highly recommended.

(February 21, 2019, 1:54 am)Booked my car in to have a nail removed from the tire. Job was done fairly swiftly, on a horribly snowy day. The guy on the front desk went out to shovel a pathway right up to the passenger door of the car for my husband, who was on crutches at the time. When I went to pay the bill, he said he'd taken care of the bill for me - a very kind gesture, one that I will be sure to pay forward. Thanks Kaltire - you restored my faith that good people do still exist in the world!!
