I recently used Pat's home inspection service as I am in the process of purchasing my first home.

The experience and service was more then I expected! Pat is very professional and easy to talk with. He knows his stuff and does an excellent job conveying the information back to you in a way you can understand! His report was easy to read and included pictures (including thermal imaging) of all the issues he observed! Being a first time home buyer I had a few "rookie" questions and Pat took the time to explain things to me very well!

The day of the home inspection we had about 2 ft. of snow and the temps dropped down to -25. The home I was looking at was 1hr out of town and the highways were terrible. I was assuming he would want to reschedule the inspection but instead he showed up half hour early and got right after it! I didn't think we would be able to check anything on the roof given the current weather conditions but Pat took out his ladder and cleared back the snow around the important areas and checked what he could.

Pats work etic is also impressive!! The inspection took most of the day and after the drive home it would have been the end of the working day for most people. However pat went straight home and started on uploading pics and making the official report. He worked most of the evening and had it completed and sent off to me at 11:30 pm!

I feel a lot of home inspectors out there don't have a clue what they are looking at however Pat is also a home builder/renovator so he has a vast knowledge of the industry!
I feel he went above and beyond my expectations and would not hesitate to use his services again! I would highly recommend him to my family and friends!

On a side note I met Pat through work,
I am drywall contractor, been in the industry for the last 15 years. I've had the opportunity and pleasure to work for Pat at livingscape on numerous projects. I always look forward to working with him as his jobs are very organized, ready ontime for me to start and the trades he has hired prior to my arrival have done top notch work. Making my job much easier to preform! The walls and ceilings turn out so much better when I can focus on my work instead of trying to fix what had been done previously!!

LivingScape renovated our kitchen in the summer of 2018. They made the process very simple by helping come up with a design that met our tastes and our budget.
