Great retail experience! Went in for new bindings on an old pair of skis. Didn't want anything fancy just something that would keep me skiing through the season until I invested in new skis next year. Staff were very helpful, didn't try to upsell, treated me with lots of respect with all my questions. Bindings were put on well and ready exactly when they had said. Will definitely be back.

This is quite likely the most experienced team of people I have met in retail. Not just experts in sales but in using the equipment and helping you make the right choices to get best fit.

Quite possibly the most complete cross country ski shop in Canada. Great selection of gear from classic beginner skis to boutique backcountry nordic skis which have been to the poles of the earth. Knowledge and friendliness of staff is top notch and although the prices may not be the cheapest around, the attention to detail you receive is well worth the premium.
For example, when I chose my model of ski, the sales person tested several of the exact same model stating that the stiffness could vary between the same make/model of ski. Surely enough, she was correct and sold me the one which fit me best.
